Latino Motorists of America, for the purpose to:
- Promote public education and driver and travel safety programs.
- Advocate for mobility.
- Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of vehicles.
Our Mission
To enhance driver and travel safety, advocate for mobility, and ensure the safe operation and maintenance of vehicles, particularly for the Spanish-speaking community
We will do this by:
Increasing efforts to curb driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs through community outreach and activities with local community centers, business improvement districts, religious organizations, and education programs related to driver safety, travel, vehicle safety, and maintenance.
Providing educational programs, such as the proper installation of baby and child booster seats, enhancing those established by various Bureaus or Motor Vehicle agencies in the U.S.
Advocating for equitable access to safe mobility and the right to operate vehicles safely, helping Spanish speakers throughout the United States understand the rules and laws of the road.
Provide seasonal vehicle safety maintenance programs.
